I'm looking at implementing server side sync for a client and needed verification on a question. I haven't had much luck searching myself but I know were to turn to get some expert advice ;)
If I enable server side sync and the user installs the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook (the new one), does all of their data sync to CRM or is it only for new appointments and data for tracked records? Their concern is that they enable it and all their old meeting invites and Outlook contacts get pulled into D365.
