Deleted Receivables Transaction

Posted on by 120

I am trying to find a smartlist report that lists all deleted transactions and don't know which field would hold that info.  In search receivables transactions the Document Status only has posted & unposted.

is there a document that shows all records and fields so I can know where to go to find info?

Nor will they be stored in the database.  Deleted means just what it says - if transactions were truly deleted, they are gone.

Deleted transactions? If a transaction has been deleted it will not be available in any report.

oops, Voided means transaction was cancelled, Normal means it is a posted transaction.

Not sure why you are not seeing Void Date as a possible column though.

Thanks for helping.  In the columns to add the only option is Void Status (no void date).  Then when I use Void Status as a search parameter, the status choices are normal or voided. ????

    Hi Nancy.

On your receivable transaction smartlist click columns and add the columns void status and void date.

The status should be Yes or No so you coukld use the search option to limit only to voided transactions.

    Hope this helps.

Hey Mayra, thanks.  I get nothing when I click on ANY report in sales transactions.  So I modified the * search to create a favorite with voided status equal to void, with no other searches and maximum records set to 5000 and I return 0 records.

How did you know to look in Sales Transactions to find the Void Status?  Is there a column layout for each of the folders?

    Hello Nancy,

In smartlist go to sales> sales transactions> and click on "*"

Once there we go to the customizacion process. Go to columns and make sure to add void status and also the other columns you need then after OK, go to search and make sure the colum name is void status; the filter is equal to; and the value is voided then click OK and the information is displayed.

    Hope it helps. :)
