What is the use of having multiple templates in one package in Offer Letter? If I save multiple template in one package, I should have the option to select the required template from the package. Currently I do not get the option instead all the templates of a package appears at the time of offer letter preparation. If there are 2 templates then I am required to send both of them.

Hi Mansi,

With multiple templates, you can send multiple documents to your candidate when sending the offer. For example, you want to send a company introduction documentation together with the offer letter, or all the information that your think your new hire may need before starting at your organization.
Also, in my environment I can find the below field to mark a template as required. Is this what you are referring to?

If another template is marked as Not Required, I have the option to delete it when creating an offer.
