Hi everyone, I need your assistance with an auto-replenishment issue we're facing. For one SKU, the unit of measure is set to 1 case = 500 pieces. Ideally, the system should automatically replenish 1 case (500 pcs) whenever we sell 1 piece or more of this SKU. However, the auto-replenishment isn't triggering as expected.

I would really appreciate any help or suggestions to resolve this. Thank you in advance!

It appears to be LS Retail based on two (2) "LS Forecast..." fields shown in the screenshot. I would suggest reaching out to your partner for assistance.

This function does not belong to Business Central base application, looks like it's an extension provided from appsource or similar. It would be better to contact with application provider.
