Hi, we recently moved to v9.1.0.876 from 8.2
Some of the entity subgrids on Account/Contact forms are not auto-refreshing when we enter new data into the grid from the + (plus) sign.
After adding the data, the user has to manually right click, and select Refresh Sub-grid to see what they entered.
Any thoughts on this

Can you share a screenshot of what exactly you are referring to? In you question you have mentioned subgrid of account/ contact. Are you referring to members subgrid on the Marketing list which displays the account/ contact member?

Its depends on in which forms and how you are creating the subgrid records , for quick create forms grid are automatically refresh . If you create the subgrid record in different window you have to refresh manually .
Although to force refresh to subgrid using below sample JS , it will depends on where the grid is available in the parent form so you may add additional parent or reduce parent here. Below JS you need to include onsave or close of the creation form of subgrid.
var subgrid = document.parentWindow.parent.parent.opener.Xrm.Page.ui.controls.get("Addreses");
subgrid.refresh();

I have verified this on 2 different version (Version 1710 (9.1.0.986) online & Version 1710 (9.1.0.1087) Online) and its working fine as expected. If you have any other organization with the same build version then verify if this is happening there. If yes then it must be a interim bug in this specific version and is fixed in the latest updates.
If it is not happening in other same version org then there must be some custom code on your org. Check if you have any.
