The requirement is we have a portal User who belongs to a particular Account (Billing Account) in Dynamics. This Billing Account has many Service Accounts under them. The portal User will login to Dynamics Portal and create a Case for a Service Account. E.g 1 Billing Account will have 8 Service Account under them, so portal User can chose any of the Service Accounts when creating a Case. The Case is created on behalf of the Service Accounts by a centralized User.
The issue is the Portal doesn't allow the User to select/search any Service Account, it just displays the Billing Account only, which I can understand as a default functionality, the portal basically gets the logged in User's Account. However I created a custom Field in the Web-Case Form Service Account, so the User can search for the Service Account. But even in that field it show only the Billing Account.
How do I remove this filter in the portal, any help would be greatly appreciated.
