tranmit EFT

In earlier versions, user needs to hit the transmit after uploading the EFT to bank. In current version, that button greys out. It seems the transmit is set to true after EFT file is exported, which doesn't make sense. Any thoughts? What function does it have?

    Maybe this will help clarify.

You're right — in recent versions, the Transmit button behavior has changed. Now, once the EFT file is exported, the system automatically sets the Transmitted = true, which causes the button to grey out.

    Purpose of Transmit:

Originally, Transmit was meant to manually mark that the EFT file was sent to the bank after export. Now, BC assumes that once the file is downloaded/exported, it has been transmitted — which may not reflect real-world workflows.

    Workaround:

If your process still needs manual control, you may need a customization to reset the Transmitted flag or adjust when it's set.

This change is by design, but not ideal for all setups.

Its the boolean field where its change once you hit Transmitted field avoiding user not duplicate.

Are you using Yodlee or Bankfeed or still processing manually?

    Thanks,
    Ramesh
