Legal entity permissions

Hello community,

I have a user with this set of permissions for a specific legal entity:

If I open the Workers entity with the user, I could see options "Restrict to current legal entity"

If I unmarked it, I can see all employees of other legal entities

Why I can select this view option? Are my permissions not working for the workers' entity?
If I want to change the legal entity, I get the error, so I think, that permissions are working.

The worker entity is global but not company specific.

So there is no way how to restrict access which not allows X company HR members to see Y company workers?

This article mentioned, that when enabling the restriction:

Restrict access to worker information – Select this feature if users should be able to view employee information only for those legal entities that they have access to, and for employees who have employment in those legal entities.

So I prefer that this option is not working?

I'm not sure this has been restricted down, have you clicked each role, then checked the 'assign organisations' on each security role then restricted the roles out to the legal entities needed?

Hi Gareth Edward Jones ,

Yes, the System User roles (office and Power Automate) were assigned for all organizations. I can't see other legal entity workers when I change the role to a specific company.

Hi Mantas,

Did you enable this parameter?

If yes, then you need to assign organization for that user, and it will work.

Yes, enabled.

At this moment, everything is working perfectly - the solution was to grant the system roles to the specific legal entity. By default, they granted for all entities.

Thanks. I did all actions in your article, but still, I could see other legal entities and workers. For me, the solution was to grant the system roles to the specific legal entity.
