Cannot see Opportunities

We were upgraded to 365 over the weekend. We can no longer get to Opportunities via dropdown as an option and many other options have disappeared for users. Any ideas?

    I have checked my security profile and it is exactly the same as someone who can see Sales. Is there anywhere else which can impact what you can see?

    Can you check your security role's permissions if they allow to read opportunities?

    Do you have a System Administrator that can check if the opportunity drop down / navigation button is generally available, because he should have all the necessary permissions?

    Thanks Andreas. It appears that other people in my organisation have a Sales column in Workplace that includes what I need. I only have Customers and Extensions. I have the same Roles as the other users in Security. What else would determine what I can see?

    You can create a solution and add the sitemap to it.

    Then export as unmanaged solution, unzip it and compare it with the default sitemap provided here:

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg334280.aspx

    Maybe something is missing or wrong.

    If you have an old solution with a backup of the sitemap made prior to upgrade you could also compare it to check what has changed.

    Does this suggest that stuff that did work before may no longer work after update?

    Sorry - not got a clue how to get to the site map designer even with the screenshots shown. Why do MS always have to bugger around with stuff that works?

    No the security roles are there. Not a techy so no idea about the webapi.

    Hi ,

    Maybe the security roles are missing ?

    Or if you have some custom code, maybe you have to upgrade it too. Are you using the new webapi ?

    It was OK prior to the upgrade. I have checked security and I have admin access. What are customizings in sitemap?
