Is there a way to archive tracked emails that are linked to an opportunity's timeline to Sharepoint upon closure of the opportunity?
This is in an attempt to save file storage in CRM,
So when an opportunity is closed, then all of the associated records in the opportunity timeline gets saved to sharepoint and archived/removed from the entity's timeline automatically.
Our company would like to retain emails tracked in CRM for extended periods of time.
The impact is that the file storage continues to increase unsustainably.
Is there a way in which tracked emails on a timeline can be saved to Sharepoint and accessible via a link?
That way the file itself will be stored in Sharepoint but can be accessed via a link in CRM on the timeline.
