The email body & subject gets blank while sending emails from OOB workflow

Hello Friends,

I am facing one issue while sending emails from OOB workflow. The email body & subject gets blank. When I have searched on google I found that this is common issue in crm 2016 update 1. I am facing this issue on Google chrome and IE both the browsers. It seems it is a browser issue. I am using Dynamic CRM 365 online.

Does anyone experience similar issue?

    Hi Swapna ,

    I too have faced same issue couple of times. But below workaround has worked for me.

    1) Deactivate Workflow. Open email remove body , save and close.

    2) Activate

    3) Deactivate again .Open workflow , give body and subject ..save and close.

    4) Activate Again.
