Migrated MS Forms export not working properly

Hi All,

My MS forms have been recently migrated to Dynamic Customer voice and since then I have issues with export. I can't no longer generate XLS file (only CSV) and with that formatting of responses is wrong - special characters, numbers or dates format etc. Is there anything I can do about it? I really need exports to reflect exactly what provided as a response.

hi - we released fixes to the excel export last week. Can you please check again and if you still experiencing the issue, please send an email to customervoice@microsoft.com with your survey URL and sample csv export for us to investigate
