wen i click on inter company i am not getting the list of my inter company how can i display this ,i can c only the companies which i am loged in plz advice me the solution.

Have you completed the intercompany setup using Intercompany Setup Window (Setup >> System >> Intercompany)? Companies, for which IC setup is completed, are listed in company Lookup.

It seems to be "Inter company processing" is not registered in your environment.
Please verify Tools--> Setup --> System --> Registration and check with their installed modules, under that "Inter company Processing" should be marked for their license key.
