Like customer orders. If i just open any contact and check customer orders i am unable to see customer orders. Can anyone help me out .

Like i suggested above, you could export and import just the solution if you still have your old instance running to see if that makese any difference

    Hi ,

I use latest backup and restore it into google VM.

I would also make sure the backup used to restore to Google Cloud VM was the latest. it might have been restored from a really old backup.

Once you ruled out that its not old backup, dont think you have much choice other than trying a solution import from the old to new.

Do you still have your other CRM instance running? if so you could export the solution and import again to see if that brings all your form elements back?

    Hi

If you have imported the Org by backing up the DB, all the components should be there.

I would do that following to make sure its not due to any network or security settings on google cloud.

Could you try the same page on the same VM where CRM is installed and also try accessing from different machines and browsers to see if you notice any difference

    Hi Kokulan Eswaranathan ,

    Thanks for your reply.

We just migrate the crm 2011 to google cloud VM. We just take backup of DB from OLD server and restore it into new VM DB. Then perform import organization step.

    Thanks

    Ayaz

Could you please share the details of what version of CRM you have migrated to? is it 2011?  And could you also provide detail on what sort of migration you guys have done, is it by backing up Org DB and restoring and importing or via solution export and imports ?
