Can you edit KPIs?

With my different dashboards, there are several KPIs that show different parts of my data. Is there a way to edit these and how? Not finding much in my initial research online...

    I don't think I posted my question right and apologize for that. I found what I was looking for...ways to change a dashboard and add/remove new reports, charts, etc. Even customize a system generated chart...
