HI,

I work for a company that uses Microsoft Dynamics. I have tried using the company's directions to apply interest to account over 30 days old. However, the instructions I am using lead to an error message that will not let me post the interest. What are the select parameters one must use after the interest calculation window?

What are the fields that need to fill in on the interest calculation screen?

What are the fields that need to be filled out on the interest note screen. See Below.

Hello,

These parameters look good. However, I suggest the following enhancements:

- Keep only Invoice and Credit note as flagged transaction types, unless you also want to generate interest on open customer payments and other transactions (possible, but unusual).
-Remove the Business Unit. It is better to inherit the financial dimensions from the original document.

Could you please share your message error and your interest configuration as well?

Theses are the parameters I am using and the message I get is " there is no transactions that meet the interest calculation criteria.
