custom entities appearing even after they are removed and published from the model driven app

Hi,

I have created a new model driven app and added few entities through the app designer. I have also save and published the changes. When I close and reopen the app in the designer, I could see two custom entities being displayed that was removed earlier. And there is an '*' next to the app name that indicates to save the app. This happens every time I remove those custom entities save and publish.

Please let me know why this is happening and how to solve.

Is your custom entity also removed from the sitemap?

I don't repro the issue, so if it keeps occurring I would open a support request here: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
