Can't edit Manufacturing Setup

I'm working on my first Business Central SaaS implementation and I'm unable to edit the Manufacturing Setup - I can access it but everything is grayed out and locked. My user appears to have Super User access and a whole slew of other permissions. I can also confirm that I have a Premium license, and the Premium experience is enabled for the CRONUS company, which is the company I'm working in. Any ideas?

Very stupid question: have you clicked the EDIT button in the Setup page isn't it?

Fair question - but it will not let me click the Edit button. Part of the problem.
