ClientApiWrapper.aspx is an IFrame that Dynamics creates to host any custom Javascript that is registered on the form. It is created to enable parallel loading of form scripts and to then allow caching between form refreshes. It was part of the 'turbo form' changes - see my blog on this subject -community.dynamics.com/.../turbo-forms-get-your-javascript-ready-for-crm2015-update-1
