Table 'MCRHoldDocTable' is a main table as specified by the table group and may not be shared

hi All,

I would like to share Hold codes (values stored in table MCRHoldDocTable) across all financial legal entities. When I try using cross company data sharing option, i get this error:

Table 'MCRHoldDocTable' is a main table as specified by the table group and may not be shared.

Same error I get when I tried sharing sales origin codes (table: Salesorigin). 

There may be a reason for that, I would like to know more if it is possible to share these values.

    Closing out this ticket.

    There is a correction. The table name is MCRHoldCodeTable instead of MCRHoldDocTable.

    Table group definitions can be found here: msdn.microsoft.com/.../aa623733.aspx.

    Understood that only 'Parameter' and 'Main' table groups are restricted to be shared across legal entities.
