Batch email customer statements

A Customer has the following query that I need help with answering:

We need to find a way to batch email Customer Statements and I think the way to do this is to use the Document Layouts function.  I was working with it and found that the only document format that can be used with this function is the Word Layout and not RDLC.  Can you confirm this for me?    Do the Word Layouts provide the same level of functionality as RDLC?  In the past my experience with Word does not provide the same level of functionality as RDLC.

    Hello,

    Report is 50005 is not a standard report. You need to ask your developer to also create a Word report for it.
