Subgrid client side scripting

I have 40+ records on the sub grid. when i use Xrm.Page.getControl("XYZ").getGrid().getRows() and loop the rows to get record ids then it only return 10 records which is from Page 01.

Is there any method to get the complete rows from all pages.

No, there is no method to fetch those records via JavaScript SDK. You need to use Web API to get all the records you want.
