Hi there,

I have imported 2000 Customers using rapidstart, and i have also imported the same 2000 customers as contacts, assigning them contact numbers.

However, when trying to connect the customer and the contact using Table 5053 & 5054 (Contact Business Relationship) I have received an error for every line reading the following

"The field contact no. of the table contact business relation contains a value (CT100842) that cannot be found in the related table (Contact)

I dont quite understand how it cant find the numbers as they are in the Contact List.

Any advice?

Hi,

I think that you may have "connected" person contacts with customers.

By default, the Contact No. table relation at the table 5054 (Contact Business Relation) is with Company Contacts.

Contact WHERE (Type=CONST(Company))

Open the table 5054 and check the records if the above is applied.

Hi

By default when you rapidstart customers like that the contacts (company ones) will be created automatically unless you switched this validation off.
