Error 'The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it'

As a 'Global administrator' when i try to use 'export to excel' getting below error.
 
I am applying some filter on a table using Copilot search bar. the filter works correctly and shows the desired records. But when I try to export these using 'export to excel' I get the below error 'Record Is Unavailable'
