However, I can not find any documentation on how to create subscriptions.

You can create entity using api, you can refer below example to create a custom entity: msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg509071.aspx
Thanks Mahen. I do see Subscriptions listed under entities. Is it possible to create this type of entity via the api?
Hi,
Because it seems to be a custom entity and should be part of your custom solution. What is the name of this entity, you can check it from Settings->Customization->Customize the system, expend entities node. You need to be a system admin or customizer to check these.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
