Adding Custom Fields - new field to Sales Journal

I have Business center Essentials. I have to add custom fields in Sales Journal. But I am not able to find the option for it. I have Business manager role to my profile. Can someone help me to find the solution for it?

Hi, do you mean, you need to add completely new fields?
This requires customization in VS code.

For example,

You will not be able to add a new field without development.

You can ask your partner to do this for you.
