Hi Tej,
Candidate starts appearing in Human Resources module under Personnel management > Activity > Candidates to Hire, as soon as the candidate accepts the offer.

Human Resources-
It has nothing to do with the Onboarding module/ guide etc.
Hello,
there is no connection between Offer Management and CoreHR.
the new employee shows up in CoreHR only after you mark them in Attract as "offer accepted" or only they accept the offer send from Offer Management App.
