I am trying create a summary Income Statement through FRx, i need to pull data from each segment, but i dont want to have to use the Add from Chart of Accounts feature.
How can i do this usinf the Link to General Option?

It might be beneficial for you to review the FRx User Guide on Building Row Formats. The are a number of ways to create the GL Link without using the Add from COA feature.
