I was wondering how i could go about disabling a cashier, without deleting them? Our industry requires us to hang on to TimeCard data for 7 years, but i have to disable the users when they quit.

You can't, but you can change their password and add an * to their name and number to get them out of the sorting. You can also exclude then from reports too now.
