Problems with the Sales Order Agent for Dynamics 365 Business Central

Hi,
 
I have been trying the Sales Order Agent in Business Central and i have found an error when i had to confirm a customer mail. 
 
The customer mail was this one: 
 
Hi Guillermo, 

I would like to ask you about the next items:  

 
  • 1011 test:        4 units
  • 2000 BC Pack de 10H de Consultoría: 1 unit

I receive the mail in the Business Central tasks, but when i have confirmed, i have been notified with the next error: 
 
 
I would like to know what is the problem.

    Hello,
     
    You need to ensure items in the email match BC records, verify that Copilot and Sales Order Agent are fully configured, and review the Copilot Activity Log for details.
     
    Adding item synonyms or using clearer email formats can also improve recognition and prevent such errors.

    Hello,
     
    The Sales Order Agent blocked your email because Azure OpenAI safety filters flagged it.
    Your email is fine, it’s just a false positive from the AI filter.
    Try small edits, update BC, or open a Microsoft support ticket with the Operation ID, since only Microsoft can see the exact reason in telemetry.
