I am reconciling my bank statement and run the Test Report. I have downloaded the ledger entries and filtered on open transactions. I am able to verify the "Outstanding Payments". I assumed the "Outstanding Bank Transactions" would make up the remainder of the open transactions. Yet that is not the case. The total from the ledger entries is less than what the test report says. What else would be included in the "Outstanding Bank Transactions" is there a bug in the BC calculation?
