V10.0.33 Global General Journal BUG?

We are having intermittent issues with Description disappearing when doing manual entries in the global general journal. Sometimes it stays, sometimes it doesn't. Any ideas of what may be causing this? We have only seen it in 1 entity, but we wouldn't generally do them in the others, so I can't say if it's happening in all. We do not have this issue when we upload multiple entries at once- ONLY when we are doing a manual entry.
