Hi all, I am tying to runs costs for an item but its bringing up a error/warning see below. usually when we have a raw material item it doesn't have a BOM but it appears previous employees moved old stock into this code so this item has a BOM containing another raw material. I've been into the costing for the item and it shows the the following image (picture 2)
Solved it. turns out the item was set up to be produced rather than purchased. So the fix is to go ointo the item and manage inventory (top ribbon) then default order setting and adjust accordingly. thanks to all that looked at the post.
