    Hi shwetank,

Do you need an association of the business process conditionally? If yes, read the link and extract relevant information about your purpose.

Activating bpf only for some opportunities depending on a field and not for other opportunities

    HI

Is it possible to Activating bpf only for some opportunities depending on a field and not for other opportunities?

You could do it as two different BFPs.

One that is always on and does the logic check to see if this is the opportunity based on the status/change in a field.

If true, then it calls the 2nd BPF that you want to perform actions, if false then it doesn't call the other BPF

    Hi shwetank,

In this case, you need conditional branching. For more details: learn.microsoft.com/.../enhance-business-process-flows-branching

Actually we need the bpf to stay off all the time and only activate if there a field condition true and only for that particular opportunity where the condition was true.. not sure if that is possible

    Hi shwetank,

I am not sure if it will work or not. In this case, you need to stop the association between the opportunity table and the business process flow table.
