Dear all,

this is my scenario:

I have dynamics 2013 (on premise) and an Exchange 365 on line and I want to sync the calendar in both direction.
I have configurate the server side sync on dynamics and the sync between crm and exchange is working perfectly, but if I put an appointment in exchange it doesn't appears in dynamics.
If I made some modify to an appointment inserted in dynamics, form exchange it works perfectly and the modify are sync.

What I'm doing wrongly?

I'follow the instruction you gave me, but I don't have the tab syncronisation in the system settings, probably dynamics 2013 does't have this option?

Hello Angelo,

Please be informed that mainstream support for CRM 2013 is already ended and is running with extended support until 2024, where no hot-fixes will be released for this.

We suggest you to update your CRM On-premise to latest version 9.0 or Online. Please find the below article for your reference
