Is there a way to add javascripts (using CRM SDK) on entity forms for portals?

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi!

I have created some scripts for the Cases , where we can see the entitlement terms left for our customers. It works ok on the form.

When i use the same form as an entity form , the script won't run which it is by default. You can only reference a tab in my case the summary.

Is there a way to show the entitlements for the customer when he adds a case ? I tried the quick view but for some reason it returns no results.

Thanks!

    Hello,

Quick View should work fine. Can you please provide screenshots how you configured grid for quick view form?

According to this KB it was a bug and it was fixed. Can you please check your portal version?
