Hi Shabir,
From the past I only saw very 'traditional' companies using this form in my home country. As there are other tools available to prove that our accounting entries are correct the use of this functionality has considerably decreased over the last years with the new versions of AX2009, AX2012, etc.
Not sure if you need it in your home country for some kind of documentations to auditors.
Probably check out with them.

Thanks for your urgent reply, appreciate that. I want to learn about this form that for what purpose we can use it. For example, it shows transactions if shows then it shows for which journals only for GL or inventory, production journal, and project management and accounting etc module as well.

In AX 7, this form is called Journalized Journal . Find the below link:

Hi Shabir,
That's the ledger journalize form.
There are a couple of GL parameters that enable this functionality (Please check the journalize GL parameters)
Once they are enabled you can click the journalize button above your highlighted one.
Doing this will create records in this form and allow you printing those journalized transactions.
I have not seen many customers using this. For what purpose do you plan to use it?
