Hi Expert,
Is it possible to select a group of product on Sales Quote ?
Example:
I had 500 item in my Item Card (300 item - Production and 200 item - Parts).
I had 2 type of Sales Quote. I have 2 type of Sales Quote such as Project and Maintenance with difference responsibility centers.
Result show in Sales Quote :-
Hence, only able to select parts item if is Sales Quote is Maintenance.
Seek for advice.

If you have different teams quoting for the different revenue streams you could use a field on the item table. This will help create a security filter with permission sets. The user would then only see the relevant items. For example maintenance is a service so perhaps you use a security filter on the “type” of the item. Use another field as you see fit.
Failing that you don’t want to maintain data like this you may consider having the lookup altered so it has another filter: docs.microsoft.com/.../devenv-tablerelation-property
