Each time the worksheet 401 is exceuted, a new worksheet 401 will be automatically created with stores for next synchronization.
However the new worksheet created is without stores.
Everytime i need to re-generate the worksheet 401 manually so that the stores will able to synchronize to HQ.
My HQ is running on Windows Server 2003, RMS version 2 SP3.
The stores schedule is set to run 1 hour 1 time from 10am till 10pm.
The HQ is connected to 7 stores and none of the stores will be appeared in the Worksheet 401 that auto created.

had this issue before when some worksheets were duplicationg stores and some were not appearing at all. check your sql. repair/reinstall sql did the trick for me.
R u sure the check box of the 401 automatic creation is enabled in HQ configuration screen?

I think the 401 you created includes all stores, for the 401 worksheet to be automatically created, it should include one store only, so try creating another 401 for one store only and see what happens
