Hi,
It is recommended to raise a support ticket to restart the backend async service.
This is really frustrating for an end user. Microsoft should provide option in Admin portal to allow Administrator to restart the Async services.
It is very difficult to raise support ticket with Microsoft and get the response on the same day.
