Alerts in a non satisfaction question

Hi,

I am trying to create an alert to a question. The thing is, the question isn't about satisfaction.

What I want to do is to send this form to the clients with the question "When do you want us to contact you? (Answer in months)" and when the client fill this field I want to receive an alert saying when I should contact him. Better than that, but I think that is impossible, what i really pretend is to receive an alert after the X months that the client introduced in his answer saying "is time to call this client".

Can you help me to solve this problem?
