That is why I was confused. There is nothing in the event viewer. I am not on the server sending over the data so I am getting this information secondhand. They tell me the logs indicate that this missing order was successfully sent. I am asking to get a list of orders for that day and I will compare that order list with what I see in GP to see if other orders were droppped.

eConnect should throw error if there is any issue. Can you please check event viewer to see if there is any error log?
