Talent Apps showing without licenses

Under My apps, I can see Talent: Attract and Talent:Onboard, even though we have no licenses for them.  They are not listed under Settings > My Apps, in order for me to remove security roles.  How can I hide these?

    Hi Alison,

if you have CoreHR (or Dynamics 365 for Talent) license assigned, you would be able to access Attract and Onboard too. You can disable from the license sub-types allocated with the Dynamics 365 for Talent) but also by tweaking with the security role in CoreHR.

    regards,

    Nicu

We do not have coreHR.  All we have is D365 for Sales.

    Hi Allison,

is it possible that someone has done a Trial for Dyn 365 for Talent? this happens a lot, to have a trial done and Attract and Onboard to be visible.

No - I'm the global admin, and I can see all of the subscriptions, trials, etc...  There is not one for Talent.  Only Sales, and Team Members.

We are seeing the same behaviour in our tenant.

There is also a possibility that someone else in the company has done a trial, and because they were not global admins, they could not move forward with the trial. If they used their company email address, they cannot setup the trial, but it will appear in your office 365 list.

We are also seeing that users that have a D365 role, but no Talent license, can access the system if they have the URL.

    Hi,

Every organisation that has D365 (I have checked for CE) has got the Onboarding and Attract modules in their Dynamics page.

I guess it's an error from the Dynamics team and will be removed shortly, or it's an "error" from the Marketing department to show Talent to all D365 customers (as it's a great system that you should buy ;))

We still have this issue in our Tenant, that Talent appears even though we only have Dynamics Sales in use. Is there any (global) setting to hide this application for all users if we do not want to show it.

    Thanks

    Patrick
