One of my users has unfortunately "tracked regarding" an email thread using the Dynamics 365 for Outlook widget. The email thread is an automatic report that is sent daily, so it's filling up the timeline of the account to which the contact is related.
The user cannot find the original email that they started tracking, and attempts to "untrack" have failed.
Is there any way within Dynamics, as an admin, to stop this tracking of emails on a specific thread?
