Business Central on premises. Is there any starter pack with 3 users? Are 10 tables included and 100 Pages/Reports included?

OK so now that we don't have the option to purchase NAV 2018 any more,customers who want a On premise installation need to purchase business central on premise license.

My questions:

Before we had starter pack, that included 3 full users + 10 tables and 100 pages/reports

I guess we have no more starter pack, so we need to buy each single (named) user. My question.. do we still have 10 tables and 100 pages to customize, or we need to purchase this as well?

The objects is free of charge in Business Central.
