Trial for Microsoft Employee to work on a POC

I am an intern with Microsoft. While trying to access the trial version of Dynamics 365 with my Microsoft ID for a POC I am working on, I only get the option to join an existing trial and not start a new one. The join trial option is permanently checked. How do I get around this. Below is a screenshot of the screen to join a trial.

email trials have a max of 5 instances per tenant, 5 users per instance and 25 users per tenant.
