WMS Mobile app scanner device giving Request_session_token_error very often

Hi All,

We are using a scanning device for WMS mobile app and we are getting error related to session token.
Initially it was working fine but from past 3-4 weeks while we doing scanning after every 2-3 scans we get this error:-
“Server Exception : An exception occurred when invoking the operation - The request contains invalid session token. Please log in again to continue working on this device. Warehouse mobile devices session token protocol violated. Request_session_token_error”.
this the error which we are getting after every 2-3 scans. and we are not able to find the exact issue.
Also, we are getting this issue only on UAT and Prod environment, In Dev machine it is working fine.
We check all the configuration related to the device and also try to debug this issue but didn’t get anything.

Please help!

    We are also experiencing this issue.  It started about 4 weeks ago and we have experienced it in our Production environment and also in two separate Sandboxes.  No fix at this time.
