Role security issue on accounts

Hi,

I've a problem with the security roles because an User can see some accounts even thats accounts are not assigned or shared with him.

The role of that user is all empty except on the Accounts to level Owner.

Can some help me ?

Thank you for your answers but I've checked if some records is shared with him or his Team have some specific role but there are not the problems. In his team there is another user that can't read the same Account.

It could be a bug of CRM?

I've already checked on a spefic record with the XrmToolbox and results is that the use can do all operation on that record.

There are two possibilities for it:

User is part of some team, because of that s/he can view.

Sharing lets users give other users or teams access to specific customer information. This is useful for sharing information with users in roles that have only the Basic access level. For example, in an organization that gives salespeople Basic read and write access to accounts, a salesperson can share an opportunity with another salesperson so that they can both track the progress of an important sale. In this way, another salesperson also get access on the Customer information, even only Opportunity is shared. Read more here

Accounts this user can see, are owned by Team or Other User?

If its a Team, then the user is able to see them because he/she must be part of that Team.

if its a user, and you are saying no sharing, then check if this is on?

Agree with Guido..User must be member of Team with read access on Account.
