Purchase Order Date

Posted on by 55

Hi All,

I am very new to RMS and I need some help

I am doing some RMS reports accessing the tables from the SQL server

What I need to know is where does RMS store the Date the Item was booked into Inventory when the Item is received from a PO? On the PurchaseOrderEntry table there is a field for the QuantityReceived but where is the Date Received stored?

Any help would be much appreciated

    Hi there.

    OK, check the InventoryTransferLog table, link it with the PurchaseOrderEntry table by:

    - the field ReferenceID is the ID of your POrder header;

    - the StoreID is obvious (in HQ environment only)

    - the ReferenceEntryID field is the PurchaseOrderEntry.ID field

    - the ItemID field is the PurchaseOrderEntry.ItemID

    - the quantity field is the quantity received

    - at the end, the DateTrasffered field is what are you looking for...

    Kind regards, A.
