Statutory days for part time staff

Hi Team,

I have a an entity that has 10 statutory days. Employees that work full time get the full 10 days. Employees that work part time ie 3 hours a day should get only a percentage of the statutory days but I can not find a way to do that. Can anyone advise on that please?
